Pre-order items require 4–6 weeks for production before they are shipped.
Please note that carrier shipping times do not correlate with production times. The 4–6 week timeframe applies to production, and shipping will begin only once your order is ready.
All sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. At the moment, we do not offer exchanges or standard refunds due to low inventory and because we are a small business working with very limited stock.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at howlclothing.ct@gmail.com with photos of the defect. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.
